I had such a fantastic stay here! The room was beautifully decorated and super comfy, and the breakfast was just divine. We especially loved the lovely mulled wine served at the bar.

Parking can be a hassle. it operates on a first-come, first-serve basis, leading to potential frustration if you’re late to the party. Our room, while dog-friendly, felt neglected with cobwebs in the corners and a constant creak from the bed that kept us tossing and turning. The noise from the hallway made it tough to catch any decent sleep. Breakfast service left a bit to be desired as we had to venture into the main restaurant repeatedly to get utensils and food delivered in the bar where we were seated with the dog. Lastly, a funky smell lingered in the bathroom, noticeable despite its cleanliness, which was a bit off-putting.

I stayed in the Classic Double Room for two nights and loved the cozy atmosphere. The room felt spacious, with a massive bed that suited me perfectly. The bathroom was clean and had a good shower, albeit a bit snug. Breakfast was a delight, though the dining area got a little hectic with staff seeming overwhelmed at times. The food quality impressed me overall, especially the cooked breakfast options. Location in the heart of Betws-y-Coed is fantastic. everything's within walking distance. Parking can get tight, so arriving early is a good idea. Enjoyed a pint in the bar area after a long day outdoors. the limited parking availability can be a downside during peak times. The staff were friendly and really helpful throughout my stay, making it all feel like a special experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed the beautifully decorated bar and lounge areas, which were both stylish and very accessible. The staff were exceedingly accommodating, making it comfortable for me to navigate the hotel without any hassle.

More comfortable seating in common areas would be nice.

I stayed for one night and had a great time exploring the beautiful surroundings. What stood out the most was the delicious food. the chili and pizzas were particularly amazing. The room was really nice, and I appreciated the kind staff who were super helpful throughout my stay.

Had an awesome time with friends exploring the Welsh Mountain Zoo and enjoying the stunning views from the forest walk. The place was comfortable and had everything we needed. Just a heads up, the parking can be a bit tight during peak times, so try to arrive early to secure a spot.

Our only downside was the breakfast experience. The morning staff seemed overwhelmed, which made the service a bit slow.

Absolutely loved the breakfast experience! Pre-ordered our full brekkie, and it was delivered in a flash. Plus, the bar area had some top-notch vibes—great place to unwind after a day of exploring!

The shower fittings were dodgy, and we had to deal with a parked car block on arrival—bit of a faff, really. Still, it didn't ruin the fun!

I stayed for 2 nights and loved the location right in the heart of town. The staff was super friendly, and the room was comfy with nice pillows and a cozy throw. Breakfast in the bright dining area was tasty. Just wish the bathroom sink was a bit bigger, but overall it was a solid choice for us.

The car park offered ample space, making it easy to park my vehicle. Breakfast had a generous selection, and some unique menu items weren't found elsewhere.
